No, I also accept clients who are looking for more generalized life coaching situations.
I offer a full refund up to 24-hours after our first paid coaching session.
All of my coaching is done on-line or by phone. Since I coach clients throughout the U.S., it doesn't work well to have an in person platform.
I do respond to texts and emails between coaching sessions, when necessary. Occasionally, I will schedule a brief phone call prior to the next session. However, if something critical has occurred and needs immediate attention, it is generally best to simply reschedule our coaching session if possible.
No, I do not provide legal advice to my coaching clients as I do not generally have enough information to provide competent legal advice. While intertwined, the goals of legal representation and coaching are distinct and often require different information and analysis. Further, I have clients throughout the U.S. and I am only licensed to practice law in one state, so it would be illegal and unethical to provide legal advice to client's residing outside of my jurisdiction. However, due to my extensive attorney background, I am well informed as to the predominant issues and procedural issues that occur during a divorce.
